The lamp lead ends in: 2-Pin Superseal (+20cm Cable). A relay wiring kit is chosen separately unless it is listed in the box contents above.

ECE R149 (Double E-Mark) - Ref: 2x 30 (Ref 2x 17.5 with E-Mark Cap - ECE R112) approval covers the driving beam function. A driving light must not be used with dipped beam — the harness has to switch it off together with the vehicle main beam.
