Wild Camp Kolorado II 160 roof top tent - grey

When three or four of you head out, a 140 cm wide mattress gets tight. The Kolorado II 160 gives you 160×240 cm to sleep on and about 130 cm of space above the mattress, so you can sit up inside and wait out a downpour.

It is a soft-shell Wild Camp roof top tent in light grey with a black fly sheet. Take the cover off, extend the ladder and lever the tent open - on passenger cars and 4x4s, on roof bars spaced 80-100 cm apart.

Mounting and notes

• The tent attaches to the roof rack crossbars with the supplied mounting kit. Crossbar spacing should be within 80-100 cm, and the tent's mounting profiles are 75 cm apart.
• The tent weighs 62 kg - check the permitted roof and roof rack load of your vehicle before fitting.
• Once the tent is open, tension the fly sheet with the eight window flap supports: slide the V-shaped end into the holes in the floor. Run-off water drips from that bend instead of getting inside.
• The standard ladder is 230 cm; on a taller vehicle you can swap it for a longer one. When folding, the four supplied cords pull the walls inwards.
• The manufacturer notes that the interior fabric may show discolouration from production - it does not affect durability or function.
