The shock absorber decides whether the car holds a rutted road and whether you can still drive it quickly once the asphalt ends. 3540 is a shock absorber by Ironman 4x4 made for specific models — not a universal replacement.

The Heavy Duty version is meant for cars carrying extra weight — a canopy, a roof rack or a trailer.

Fitting and notes

The shock absorber is sold per piece — one axle needs two. One model often came with several suspension variants — if you are not certain, send us your VIN and we will confirm fitment.

We fit these in our own workshop in Warsaw. While the car is apart we check the springs, bushings and top mounts — replacing shocks alone is rarely the whole job.

Frequently asked questions

Heavy Duty or Comfort?
Heavy Duty is for a car that carries extra weight all the time. With no permanent load the Comfort version rides better.

How many do I need?
Two per axle. A full set for both axles is four shocks — the rear ones have a different part number.
