Instead of building protection up plate by plate, you can settle it with one set. The Offroad kit for the Toyota Hilux Vigo 2005-2015 is four skid plates covering the radiators, the front differential, the engine, the steering box, the gearbox, the transfer case and the fuel tank — everything that takes the worst hits in hard terrain.

All the plates are made from 4 mm structural steel sheet, shot-blasted and finished with a two-layer textured powder coat over a class 5 anti-corrosion primer. They bolt into the factory holes in the frame — no drilling and no welding. Numerous folded edges along the sides clearly improve stiffness and strength, while extra holes help clear mud and carry heat away from the drivetrain.
