Adjustable Front Panhard Rod HD — Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2017
An adjustable HD front Panhard rod for the Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2017 that recentres the axle after a 2.5 to 6 inch lift. Made from a solid 32 mm structural steel bar, cold-formed on a 3D CNC bender and TIG welded. Supplied without bushings.
Lift the suspension and the front axle of a Wrangler JK shifts sideways, with no way for the factory Panhard rod to correct it. The adjustable HD rod restores the proper geometry on lifts from 2.5 to 6 inches — the axle comes back to the centre and the vehicle steers predictably again.
It is machined from a solid bar of precision structural steel, 32 mm in diameter, cold-formed on a 3D CNC bender — no torch and no press, so the material keeps its full strength at the bend. The reinforced threaded adjuster bushing is pressed in and welded, and every weld is done by TIG. The finished rod is shot-blasted and powder coated over a textured primer.
